Basic Services
Our Basic Services provide essential daily support to help individuals live safely and independently at home and in the community. Supports focus on stability, routine, and well-being while honoring personal choice and dignity.
Includes:
Individualized Home Support (without training):
Personalized assistance with daily activities that supports independence and comfort.
Night Supervision:
Overnight monitoring to ensure safety and peace of mind.
Homemaker Services:
Help with household tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment.
Intensive Services
Intensive Services provide hands-on, skills-based support for individuals who need more structured guidance to build independence and confidence in daily life. Staff work closely with individuals, families, and support teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
Includes:
Individualized Home Support with Training:
Skill-building support to strengthen independence in daily living.
Individualized Home Support with Family Training:
Collaborative training that supports both the individual and their family.
Employment Services
Our Employment Services support individuals in exploring, finding, and maintaining meaningful work aligned with their strengths, interests, and goals. Services are designed to promote workplace success, confidence, and long-term engagement.
Includes:
Employment Exploration:
Discovering interests, strengths, and potential career paths.
Employment Development:
Job search support, resume building, and employer engagement.
Employment Support:
Ongoing coaching and support to promote success on the job.
